Financial Assistance Disclaimer

Working with a case manager is not a promise of payment of your rent or utilities.  It is also not a promise that your case will be approved.  It means your eligibility for assistance is under review.  Requested documents are to be submitted within 24 hours of our request for them.  If they are not received, your case may be closed. 

My Brother's Keeper Outreach Center may only be able to provide partial payment for your rent.  If you need immediate help from other organizations, please call 2-1-1 for referrals.

Data Collection Policy

My Brother’s Keeper Outreach Center collects personal information about individuals in a computer system called a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) for reasons that are discussed in our privacy policy.  We may be required to collect some personal information by organizations that fund the operation of this program.  Other personal information that we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services for individuals, and to better understand the needs of individuals.  In order to provide or coordinate individual referrals, case management, housing or other services, some client records may be shared with other organizations that are required, and have privacy policies in place in order to protect your personal information.
